Time Frame for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return an item for a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any returns or exchanges beyond this 30-day window.
For a return to be eligible, the item should be unused and in the exact condition in which you received it. Additionally, please ensure that it is in its original packaging.
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is mandatory to complete your return.
Inspection and Notification
Upon receipt and thorough inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. This email will also include details on whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed promptly. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Please note that only regular-priced items can be refunded. Items on sale are not eligible for a refund.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
